The anti-fog principle of swimming goggles works by creating a "thin layer of water" on the inner surface of the goggles. This layer absorbs moisture evaporating from the eyes and steam from the skin, helping to maintain clear vision. Products with the Premium Anti-Fog mark offer superior anti-fog performance compared to standard anti-fog coated swimming goggles. Additionally, due to this principle, rinsing the inside of the lenses with water before and after use helps maintain the anti-fog effect for a longer period.

The proper way to use and maintain long-lasting anti-fog performance.
STEP 1 Before swimming
PREMIUM ANTI-FOG lens activates its anti-fog effect when wetted with water. Please make sure to thoroughly wet the inside of the lens before use.
STEP 2 If fogging occurs while swimming
Please wet the inside of the lens with water again.
STEP 3 After swimming
After use, rinse with tap water, remove excess water, and let it air dry in a shaded area.
Important notes
PREMIUM ANTI-FOG lens has a special coating on the inside of the lens. Please handle the lens carefully and avoid touching the inside of the lens when it is dry before or after use, or when it is wet during use. Touching the inside of the lens with your fingers or a towel can cause scratches and reduce the anti-fog effect.

PREMIUM ANTI-FOG has been specially treated, so the inside of the lens will feel slimy when wet.
Please avoid touching the inside of the lens, as the anti-fog effect will decrease if you touch or wash it off.

If fogging occurs immediately when using the product, please use Swimmers Demist.

Can I wash my goggles with shampoo and conditioner after swimming?

Do not wash PREMIUM ANTI-FOG with shampoo or conditioner as this may reduce the anti-fog effect.

Can this be used together with Swimmers Demist?

They cannot be used together.
However, the anti-fog effect may decrease over time as you use your goggles, so we recommend using Swimmer's Demist at that time.
