Akie Iwai pursued a design that emphasizes coolness.
The shape is double-bridge, and the front part of the frame including the lenses is shaped to fit the face. By minimizing the gap between the front frame and the face, it effectively prevents strong sunlight and UV rays from intrusion.

The frame structure provides flexibility, enhancing overall fit and comfort.
The straighter temple shape compared to previous casual models also makes it easier to wear the glasses with a cap or visor. It provides a comfortable fit in any golf situation.
