ULTRA LENS for CYCLING Features
■ Clear awareness of road conditions in any light
The lens helps riders clearly see road surfaces across changing light conditions—such as different times of day, weather, and transitions between sun and shade. This improved visibility helps riders react faster and ride with greater confidence.
■ A versatile lens to start with
While clear or yellow lenses perform best in specific conditions, this lens is designed as a well-balanced, all-around option. With a visible light transmission of 32%, it offers versatile performance for everyday cycling.
Lens Color Features
Makes it easy not only to see clearly, but also to handle sudden changes in the amount of light such as tunnels and shadows.
Effective on both paved roads and off-road. Multi-coating (anti-reflection coating) inside of the lens reduces reflections and provides clear visibility. Claritex coating (water and stain repellent) on both sides of the lens repels rain and sweat for clear visibility, and silver mirrors reduce glare without changing the color tone.
PETROID LENS
These lenses are made using advanced molding technology from polycarbonate resin, which is also used in bulletproof equipment and aircraft canopies, and are extremely transparent, impact-resistant, heat-resistant, and flame-retardant.
UV CUT LENS
All SWANS sunglasses lenses, regardless of lens color, block over 99.9% of ultraviolet (UV) rays. In addition, UV absorbers are incorporated into the lenses themselves, so performance does not deteriorate over time.
