【重要】転売および海外転送サービスを利用したご注文について

平素よりSWANS製品をご愛顧賜り、誠にありがとうございます。

近年、弊社商品の営利目的での購入や、海外転送サービスを利用したご注文が増加しております。
これらに伴うトラブルを未然に防止するため、SWANS公式オンラインショップでは、以下の行為を禁止しております。

■ 禁止事項
以下に該当するご注文は禁止しております。
・営利目的での転売、または転売・海外転送を目的とした代理購入
・海外転送サービスを利用したご注文

■ ご注文のキャンセルについて
以下のようなご注文は、ご注文完了後であってもキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
・配送先住所に海外転送サービスの利用が確認された場合
・同一商品を大量にご注文された場合
・短期間に複数のご注文が確認された場合
・その他、弊社が転売・代理購入等を目的としたご注文であると判断した場合

■ 保証・アフターサービスについて
海外転送サービスの利用が判明した場合は、弊社の保証・アフターサービスの対象外となります。
ご注文時または出荷時に海外転送サービスの利用を確認できず商品を出荷した場合であっても、その後、海外転送サービスを利用したご注文であることが判明した場合は、保証・返品・交換・修理その他のアフターサービスはお受けいたしかねます。
また、弊社が運営する販売サイト以外の海外通販サイト、オークション、フリマアプリ等を通じて購入された商品についても、品質保証およびアフターサービスの対象外となります。
あらかじめご了承くださいますようお願いいたします。

■ 海外にお住まいのお客様へ
SWANS公式オンラインショップ（国内）は、日本国内にお住まいのお客様を対象に運営しております。
海外にお住まいでSWANS製品の購入をご希望のお客様は、「SWANS Global Official Store（海外向け公式オンラインショップ）」 をご利用ください。
また、お住まいの国・地域の正規代理店での購入をご希望の場合は、「お問い合わせフォーム」 よりご連絡ください。お住まいの国・地域に応じた正規代理店をご案内いたします。

■ For Customers Residing Outside Japan
The SWANS Official Online Shop (Japan) is intended for customers residing in Japan.
We do not accept orders placed using international forwarding services.

If the use of an international forwarding service is identified, the order will not be eligible for our warranty or after-sales service. Even if we were unable to identify the use of an international forwarding service at the time of order or shipment and the product has already been shipped, if it is later determined that an international forwarding service was used, we will not be able to provide warranty coverage, returns, exchanges, repairs, or any other after-sales service.

If you reside outside Japan and wish to purchase SWANS products, please use the SWANS Global Official Store.
